Hi! My name is Paola.
I have been with AMS since March 2021; started as a Temp in General Warehouse and grew to be a Human Resources Field BP.
My favorite part about my job is the opportunity this company gives employees to learn new things and expand into new areas. I have to say I have a great team in the HR department and every single one of them has played an important role in my career. They have taken the time to train and help me when I needed help.
When I am not at work I love to spend time with my family, and I like to create stuff: I love arts and crafts.
If I could give some advice to AMS employees, it would be to work hard and don’t doubt yourself!
