Hi! My name is Jocelyn.
I have been working with AMS since August 2016. I started working in general warehouse as a picker and moved my way up to Assistant Account Manager in Client Services. My favorite part about my job is that I enhance my communication skills and work effectively with my teammates and closely with clients which is important in the Client Services Department.
I am fortunate to have great mentors and leaders! My mentor and teammates are and have always been a great support system since the beginning, and always challenge me to step out of my comfort zone, implement ideas and do better! I want to thank them for always believing in me and everyone else in the team.
When I am not at work I like to spend time with family, friends, and my dogs. In my alone time I love to play and try different make up brands, hairstyles, and nail art. I like to use my free time to perfect my skills and start my YouTube channel and blog.
If I can give advice to AMS employees, it would be to keep an open mind to different job opportunities. We never know unless we try! And in life, always remain positive. Whatever life gives you, even if it hurts, just be strong and act like you’re okay. Strong walls shake but never collapse.
