EchoData Group is founded to provide diskette duplication, computer related sales & services to the burgeoning PC industry.

1989
EchoData Group is named to the list of fastest growing companies.

1991
Steve Roberts, our current CEO, acquires EchoData and diversifies company's services to include "turnkey software production services" offering disk duplication, CD replication, print & packaging procurement, warehousing, assembly/shrink-wrapping and fulfillment of software related products.

1995
EchoData experiences rapid growth in the software industry supporting such clients as Best Software (Sage) and Primavera Systems (acquired by Oracle in 2008). EchoData Group scaled its operations to support both companies six fold growth to $150 million in revenue.

1997
Along with continued growth in the software industry, EchoData begins to work with “pure play” internet based retailers including PGATour.com and Spree.com, developing more sophisticated fulfillment and order processing functionality. Invests and implements Manage 2000 (M2K), a completely integrated accounting, invoicing, materials management and fulfillment system.

1999
Company relocates to the Highlands Corporate Center in Coatesville, PA expanding its available warehouse, production, and fulfillment space by almost 50 percent. First generation online reporting system known as “EIES”, draws information directly from M2K, enabling customers to view/download inventory and shipping data from any desktop.

2003
EchoData continues to diversify fulfillment services outside of software industry with major programs such as the Verizon/VodaPhone rental program, shipping and receiving over 1000 phones per day. eLink™ Management and Reporting System (second generation of EIES) now provides real time access, custom report generation and increased functionality to help customers more effectively monitor, manage and control the flow of their products throughout the fulfillment process.

2007
EchoData expands operations to a second fulfillment center in its industrial park, adding approximately 50,000 square feet of secure space to manage a continually growing customer base. Large craft & beading company leverages EchoData’s technology to handle a complete direct to store fulfillment for a Michaels, fully integrating the Soft Share EDI platform for materials management, invoicing and billing.

2010
EchoData expands to include 3 facilities in the Chester County area with over 100,000 sq. ft. of production & fulfillment space.
