Proven Implementation Process
Our implementation process encompasses our broad experience and provides customers a definitive and proven conversion plan. It is a critical stage in developing a true partnership. We do everything possible to ensure a smooth and problem-free transition protecting your reputation with your customers for high quality and quick delivery.
The implementation of your program will be the responsibility of the assigned Senior Account Manager, along with our Client Services Director, and our Director of Operations. Together with your staff, they will identify all resources required, develop the implementation schedule and provide frequent communications throughout the implementation process.
Communications and Reporting
Ongoing communications and reporting on your program are streamlined through the use of electronic mail and direct contact with your Senior Account Manager. Periodic account reviews are scheduled on site at EchoData’s facility where key members of your staff can meet with our management team and staff to discuss your program and address issues.
In addition, EchoData enables customers to leverage our robust technology tools like our eLink Management and Reporting System to generate real time reports on all areas of your fulfillment program.
