• All inbound deliveries to be scheduled using an Advanced Shipping Notification form.
  • Please email all notifications to  or call 800.511.3870 x6124, 48 hours in advance of the delivery.
  • Deliveries of shipments containing 10 pallets or more require a delivery appointment.  Please email for a delivery appointment.
  • Receiving hours are 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM EST Monday – Friday.

Packing Slips:

A completed packing slip must accompany every shipment to EchoData. Packing slips must specify the following:

  • EchoData/ Client Purchase Order number
  • EchoData/ Client Item number (IC#)/ Part Number
  • Total number of units in shipment
  • Total number of master shipping cartons in shipment
  • Quantity in each master shipping carton

Carton Markings:

The following information must be provided on each carton:

  • EchoData/ Client Purchase Order number
  • EchoData/ Client Item number (IC#)/ Part Number
  • Total quantity in master shipping carton
  • Inner pack quantities if applicable

Palletized shipments must be configured in the following manner:

  • Pallet must be a 4 way 40″ x 48″, standard height with an inside diameter fork opening of 3 1/2″ and be constructed of sturdy material.
  • Pallet must be stacked no higher than 48″ overall (including pallet) height
  • Packing slip must be clearly visible
  • Do not double stack pallets unless top pallet securely stands on product below and does not exceed 48″ overall height dimension.
  • Pallets must be front loaded into the trailer with the 40″ dimension facing the trailer doors for removal with a hand pallet truck 
  • Pallets should not be side loaded.
  • Pallets must have no overhang on any side of the pallet.

Exceptions to the above must be approved by your Account Manager. Exceptions which are not approved may result in receiving delays or refusal of incoming shipment(s).
